I have seen related problems way back with Win95,98 and XP. The results were due to incorrect display settings and outdated drivers. Given that MS has released a hotfix for this issue in A, I think that it's more than a driver problem.

According to the Hotfix, it is only for users experiencing this problem. It is not saying that Access needs this fix for all users. It was the same problem way back with Office97, Office with corrupted drivers, incorrectly set frequency 60Hz setting above or below the monitor settings or video card setting out of tune. Since the hoxfix solved the problem on A, in the mean time try it out the on A It may take some time for MS to come out with a hotfix for this but it your choice.

Who knows, it might work for you. I am not sure what the hotfix does; but I think the hotfix package resolve issues by refreshing or readjust the refresh rate to match the hardware configuration on the PC. From memory when I was doing it I was populating the data via some complex code and setting chart properties etc..
