The world of protection is becoming a very price sensitive market but the best advisor's all have the same thing in common which is actually listening to the client and matching their needs with a cross selection of products and ensure they understand the benefits.

I prefer to manage myself and challenge myself having worked myself through a variety of different positions within my previous companies. The hardest part of my job is sometimes the unsociable hours that i find i have to do to work round my clients, late evenings and weekends, but customer contact is necessary. The most enjoyable part is seeing a family protected and that's what gets me out of bed every morning.

IT department was always on time to address issues and I always had time to learn something new. Fairway is a great place to start, the marketing team has a lot of people and a lot of fun but the culture is always changing and you will be underpaid with little opportunity for raises.
